It is usually offered to clients that have already explored alternative treatment options such as guided self-help.

Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT)

Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) is a talking based intervention that focuses on relationships to improve symptoms of mood disorders. This differs from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) by focusing more on unconscious feelings and previous experiences that are influencing the present moment.

Eye Movement Desensitisation Therapy (EMDR)
