Community Action: MK – Weekly Updates and Info

Welcome to the weekly bulletin for the voluntary and community sector of
Milton Keynes.
Volunteers Week: 1-7 June 2020
Volunteers Week is this week and want to thank all the amazing volunteers that have been supporting our work and the work of other VCSE organisations in Milton Keynes – all year round and particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic: follow our blog and social media for updates.

Community Action: MK Volunteering Programme, what we’ve been up to…

We collaborate with a number of organisations supporting the work of volunteers across the UK, with help from the umbrella bodies such as NAVCA and NCVO, both of which bring the sector together and provide a suite of useful resources for organisations like ours. This year we have all come together to create a #CheersToTheVolunteers video to say thank you to all the amazing volunteers who are supporting our communities. You can view the video here.
